Holistic Wellness Coaching

Coaching sessions are done conveniently over video call or phone call, allowing you to be in the comfort of your own home. During the initial session, I will be gathering information about your current wellness and previous health experiences. This information will allow me to develop a personalized plan for achieving your wellness goals. First time sessions last about 60 minutes so I can take more time to create the best experience for you as possible. At the end of the session, I will create an individualized plan customized specifically for you to assist you with your wellness goals. Follow-up consultations provide an opportunity for me to check-in with you and continue to provide you with individualized attention to assist you with achieving your wellness goals.
